Urban Evolution Property Management Ltd is a rapidly growing company providing freehold management as well as lettings and management services.

We are located in central Liverpool and proud to manage stock that is prime, built in the last 5 years, wonderfully positioned in the market geographically and therefore proving very popular with tenants.

Due to our continued success and expansion we currently have an opportunity for a Senior property/lettings manager to join our team.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. with a paid lunch and break.

Your place of work will be our head office and you will form part of a small, friendly and supportive team.

The salary is £35,000.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the overseeing of the lettings department including all the property managers.
Motivating and monitoring the performance of the lettings team.
Cultivating a strong and motivated team.
Building the reputation of our lettings department within the industry.
Responsible for performing checkin & checkouts on properties within your portfolio.
Communicating with landlords & tenants.
Ensure operations are compliant with legislation and the company's Policies and Procedures.
Provide daytoday management support and guidance to a small team of property/lettings managers.
