Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Receptionist to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Canada Water.

You will be part of a small, diverse team that supports our client, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.


This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building.

You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.


This role is 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, the core service hours of Customer Services are / Flexible, based on client needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Give immediate attention to every guest upon approach and ensure you acknowledge at 10ft and greet at 5ft.
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience through a warm and friendly welcome and farewell to all guests.
  • Deliver excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner according to the defined procedure with eye contact and a friendly smile.
  • Security Management of programming passes for Visitors
  • Helpdesk, logging jobs for any issues.
  • Supporting, promoting, managing and running events.
  • Offering refreshments and general reception office management.
  • I am an upbeat individual with integrity and a positive attitude.
  • I have strong communication skills and easily build relationships with clients and guests of all levels.
  • I am passionate about delivering great service for both the internal and external customer and take responsibility for my team and the contribution I make to it.
  • I have a passion for science and discovery.
