HR Advisor - Hospitality Industry - London/Hybrid - £35,000

JGA are recruiting on behalf of a leading hospitality business in London for a HR Advisor to join their expanding and fun team.

This is a hybrid role with a competitive salary

HR Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Advise on all HR matters, including employee relations, employment law, grievance, disciplinary and absence management.
  • Support the HR team in the daytoday operations.
  • Provide HR advice, assistance, and support to managers.
  • Monitor and review HR processes and procedures.
  • Provides 121 training and support to Line Manager around HR practices when required.
  • Prepare and deliver HR reports.
  • Coordinating group training sessions.
  • Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirement.
  • Providing Line Managers training and advice on HR and ER matters.

HR Advisor Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 2 years + experience in Hospitality HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
