JGA are recruiting on behalf of a leading hospitality business in London for a HR Advisor to join their expanding and fun team.
This is a hybrid role with a competitive salaryHR Advisor Responsibilities:
- Advise on all HR matters, including employee relations, employment law, grievance, disciplinary and absence management.
- Support the HR team in the daytoday operations.
- Provide HR advice, assistance, and support to managers.
- Monitor and review HR processes and procedures.
- Provides 121 training and support to Line Manager around HR practices when required.
- Prepare and deliver HR reports.
- Coordinating group training sessions.
- Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirement.
- Providing Line Managers training and advice on HR and ER matters.
HR Advisor Requirements:
- CIPD Level 2 years + experience in Hospitality HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
