**Youth Support Worker - Llety Pontio Project**

Salary Point 20-21

£21, £22,590.64

37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Are you passionate about supporting young people aged 16 to 24, who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, to make lasting positive changes in their lives? If yes, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced worker to deliver a high level tenancy related support service to young people aged 16 to **24 **who are homeless or in housing need through the provision of short term (3-months) temporary accommodation in the private rented sector. Assisting young people to move on into more permanent longer term accommodation in line with their needs.

Working in partnership with a range of local authority departments and key posts, including: housing options, the homeless and housing dept, Children and Families Services, LAC team, Supporting People and the Private Rented Sector Liaison Officer

**Ideally applicants would be expected to**:

- Have experience of working with vulnerable people with complex needs
- Have experience in delivering person centred support services to homeless people.
- Have a flexible approach to working hours
- Have an appropriate qualification/experience in a similar role
- The ability to drive and having access to a car is essential

**Company Remuneration Package**
- 25 days annual leave (rising to 28 dependent on length of service) plus bank holidays
