Vida Education have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our busy and expanding team. Taking over a 'warm desk', we are looking for someone to manage and develop an already successful area.


Every day is different, and this is a demanding and diverse role and as with all recruitment roles there is a large amount of sales involved.

Your ability to achieve your targets will depend on your activity.

You will be supported to develop your existingskills and experience through ongoing training and staff development in order for you to achieve your full potential within this role.


IS EDUCATION RECRUITMENT RIGHT FOR YOU?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Business development calls to new client schools to discuss Vida Educations' services
  • Daily contact with current clients to ensure we are doing all we can to help
  • Advertising roles on our network of job boards and social media sites
  • Filling roles that come in with clients, longterm, shortterm and daily cover

YOU WILL NEED

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales, negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Selfmotivation, organisation and confidence
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Driving licence and use of a car
  • Minimum of 12 months recruitment consultant experience is desirable
  • To be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and the company CRM system
