CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We are currently seeking to employ several
Labourers for refurbishment and Void contracts in the East Anglia, located at the
Brandon, Suffolk Branch

The successful applicants will be reliable, diplomatic and pro-active with good all-round knowledge and experience in the general building trades.

Applicants must be experienced in maintenance based works and taking instruction from site teams

Essential:

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to use own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Ability to diagnose/problem solve

Personal attributes

Essential:

Proactive
Adaptable
Reliable

All site workers will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

A Full UK driving license is essential

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent

Hours:
You will work 39 hours each week, Monday to Friday. Rate will be circa
£13.50 dependant on skills
