Angelus Law are currently recruiting for First Response Advisors to join our team.

We are looking for driven, customer focused individuals with an interest in law.

This is an ideal role for a Law Graduate who is looking to learn, progress and develop within their legal career.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to clients in order to discuss their claim and gather relevant documentation
Providing clear and concise information to clients
Working on different case types including Housing Disrepair, Financial Misselling and Data Breach
Working closely with the legal team to provide updates
Handling all enquiries in accordance with service level agreements
Law Graduate
Previous customer service experience
Computer literate
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail
