The company believes in their people and strives to provide excellent and reliable service to their customers. We wish to recruit a Wood Machinist for our Timber Production area based in Newry.

This is for someone looking to learn and develop new skills that will equip them for a career within one of the UK and Ireland's leading independent merchants.

The successful person will ensure that orders are prepared in accordance to customer requirements.

Key responsibilities of a
Timber Machinist will include:

  • Ensuring all orders are machined to the correct specification
  • Working to achieve allocated KPI's and Efficiencies
  • Ensuring health and safety standards in the department are met
  • Keeping a high standard of housekeeping

  • Has experience in a Timber Manufacturing environment
  • Has Machine experience
  • Is a Team Player, with a positive 'Can Do' attitude
  • Is Hard Working and willing to Learn
