Front of House Coordinator and Facilities Manager
South West London
£30 -£35k
We have an exciting opportunity to join an international, award-winning design studio, whose luxury projects span across many sectors.

In this role you will ensure the smooth running of the studio delivering a high quality front of house service in a professionalmanor and being involved in a range of facilities management duties.


Key responsibilities:


  • Providing a professional and warm welcome to staff and visitors
  • Answering both internal and external calls, directing calls and taking messages
  • Setting up meeting rooms, including preparation of refreshments
  • Diary management
  • Monitor daily attendance
  • Ensure studio is always presentable
  • Responsible for ordering of stationery and maintaining sufficient stock of regularly required items
  • Monthly approval of relevant supplier invoices
  • Manage 3 storage facilities, arranging inventory, collection and delivery of goods as required
  • Responsible for logging office equipment
  • Maintain studio equipment schedules, including the IT equipment inventory
  • Manage and maintain the studio contacts database
  • Assist the HR Manager with any facilities management issues
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Personal Specification:


  • Experience in a similar role within a creative environment
  • Wellpresented and professional
  • Competent with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
