A growing advertising agency are currently looking for an experienced Billing Co-Coordinator for a 3 month temp role which has some potential to go permanent.

It is ESSENTIAL that all applicants have previous billing experience gained in an agency environment.


Duties will include:

  • Creating and issuing invoices to customers
  • Processing credit memos
  • Preparing account statements for customers
  • Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries
  • Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports
  • Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies
  • Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports
  • Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances,
and customer contact information

  • Maintaining financial security by following internal controls
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Assisting the Finance Director and Finance Manager, and supporting the mentoring of
the Finance Apprentice

  • Entering and managing transactions in Xero
  • Assisting with yearend audits and financial statement preparation.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
