Administration Assistant

Job Purpose & Description

Days:
Monday - Friday

Time: 8:00am - 4:30pm

30 Minute unpaid break to be taken in this period


As Administration Assistant you will be supporting the Finance & Commercial Manager in dealing with day to day service provision and providing general administrative support.


Job Duties:


  • Supporting the Customer Service Team in relation to service enquiries and day to day running of the customer service desk.
  • Supporting the Finance & Commercial Manager in relation to inbound and outbound sales enquiries and supporting the sales process.
  • Supporting the Production & transport Managers in relation to the day to day running of the.
  • Dealing with customers when dropping or collecting laundry at site.
  • Administration tasks in relation to onboarding of new customers
  • Following up on customer requirements, order and queries
  • Dealing with customer complaints and issues promptly with successful outcomes
  • Various other administration tasks as required
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with all customers and keep progress uptodate
  • Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business
  • Familiar and skilled in all forms of technology, operate various bespoke software systems unique to the company
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office and requisitioning new equipment & supplies when needed.
  • Keeping the office a clean & tidy environment
  • Performing other relevant tasks when necessary
