Cristal Care are looking for a new Team Leader to join the team based in Dinnington
Cristal Care is a care provider based in South Yorkshire specialising in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs.

Gateway house is one of our services in Dinnington which supports people who all have significant support needs, including autism, learning disabilities and communication needs, who live within their own apartments with intensive support.
- Leading, managing, supervising and supporting a team of support workers, through line management and role
- Responsibility for the establishment in the absence of the Registered Manager.
- Ensuring that high standards are maintained for staffing, the resources, fabric of the buildings and the health and welfare of residents.
- Ensuring conformity with company expectations and CQC standards for quality and safety.
- Creating, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of individual care and activity plans for the residents.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with our residents, parents and other family members, social workers, establishment staff, other professionals with a concern for residents' needs, such as general practitioners, psychologists and protection agencies.
- Ensuring that all residents' medication is ordered, administered, recorded and stored by trained responsible staff according to Cristal Care policies.
- Ensuring the premises are kept clean and hygienic throughout and systems are in place to control the spread of infection, in accordance with relevant registration, published professional guidance and the purpose of the home.
- Checking that any person entering The Terrace has a right to do so and their visit is recorded in accordance with Cristal Care.
- To cover other Team Leaders annual leave as required.
The role has a 4-week rolling rota.
Key Skills/ Experience:
- Healthcare Senior/
- Level 3 Health & Social Care required
- Excellent communication and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
- Good written communication skills
