Midas Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customers Relations Manager to join a market leading logistics company in Milton Keynes.

In your role as a Customer Relations Manager, you will be working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm, with a salary of upto £35,000 per annum plus attractive holiday package and other company perks.

As a Customer Relations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a team of 4 Customer Service Coordinators
  • Develop and grow current customer portfolio
  • Bring on new clients
  • Ensure existing clients are happy
  • Resolve any issues with customers

We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Good knowledge of working within Transport (preferred)
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Being able to reach set targets
