The client is a lettings platform business based in the City of London. They are looking for a Payroll Specialist to lead a project to outsource payroll to an external provider.

My client are a leading lettings platform who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their finance team on a temporary basis for 4-6 months based in the City of London.

The main responsibility of the role will be leading a project to outsource theirpayroll to an external provider and implementation of new procedures.


Description

The key responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist will be:

  • Leading on a project to outsource payroll to an external provider
  • Setting up polices
  • Implementing new procedures
  • Tidying up processes and creating new processes
  • Liaising with head of departments to ensure smooth transaction to external provider

Profile

  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to work within a team with confidence to speak and work with people
  • Able to build relationships
  • On a short notice period or can start immediately
  • Previous experience with leading on a payroll project highly desirable
