TeamJobs are looking for an Administrator to join an awesome company, who are the leading provider in their sector.

The company have been through a period of growth and are now looking for another person to join their Service and Repair team, the main responsibilityfor this role will be to ensure contracts are both maintained and developed through excellent customer service and response times.


The Salary for this role is up to £22,000 per annum DOE

This role involves:


  • Being the point of contact for customers to book in upcoming repair and service works.
  • Assisting the coordinator with planning engineer diaries and programme.
  • Always providing excellent customer service.
  • Developing knowledge and building a rapport about each customer's business and requirements.
  • Creating purchase orders for any plant requirements on site works.
  • Assisting in product purchasing for any repair works if needed.
  • Daily calls to the engineer teams to discuss todays work and tomorrows upcoming work.
  • Receiving and processing incoming engineer worksheets daily.
  • Maintaining competent understanding of company's products, their functions, and alternatives.
  • Coordinate, analyse and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
