The Administrator will support the administration team to manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers.

The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads.

As an Administrator you will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our clinicians.

This particular position is to work within an Outpatient setting.

This particular post is to work within our Fracture Clinic Outpatient team.


OurOutpatient Administratorsplay a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team.

Our roles are varied, challenging and fast paced, and your day to day duties may include;

  • Management of appointments
  • Face to face Patient contact
  • Reception duties
  • Tracking of Medical Records
  • Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience


With a starting salary of £20,270 pro rata with increments throughout your service, a generous NHS pension scheme and a fantastic annual leave package (27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata) and offer excellent opportunities to progress within clinical administration.
