£20-25k DOE + commission + profit share

Manchester based with 3 days remote working.

We are looking for a
Cyber Recruitment Consultant to join an exciting new Cyber Recruitment Practice based in central Manchester, which is part of the well-established group specialising in delivery to the public sector and policing forthe last 7 years.


This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to kick off a career in recruitment and give back something to the country.

You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process from the first contact all the way through to completion.


Criteria:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Exceptional work ethic and selfmotivated nature.
  • 1 year customer service, recruitment, or sales experience.
  • Technical degree (desired but not essential) or must be techsavvy.
  • A strong interest in the cyber and technical industry.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Booking interviews.
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals.
  • Staying up to date with industry news.
  • Building your personal brand.
  • Identify, follow up and secure new business opportunities.
No recruitment experience necessary, just a can-do attitude and the want to succeed.
