Maintenance Coordinator
The company has several properties under maintenance and expanding rapidly. We are offering a permanent, stable, and long-term opportunity with great support from our current team.


The maintenance coordinator will play a crucial role in the efficient running of the business, while demonstrating excellent organizational skills.


Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Working within the existing team, to support field operatives.
  • Planning & bookingin of Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPM) visits.
  • Coordinating response to Emergency Callouts.
  • Scheduling & organising Reactive Remedial Works.
  • Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
  • Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers, and the wider team.
  • General office administration duties, as required by the business.
  • Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.

Essential Requirements for the Role:


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 5 years minimum maintenance experience
  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Hardworking, with an eye for detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£14,980.97-£35,409.81 per year
