Maintenance Coordinator
The company has several properties under maintenance and expanding rapidly. We are offering a permanent, stable, and long-term opportunity with great support from our current team.
The maintenance coordinator will play a crucial role in the efficient running of the business, while demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Working within the existing team, to support field operatives.
- Planning & bookingin of Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPM) visits.
- Coordinating response to Emergency Callouts.
- Scheduling & organising Reactive Remedial Works.
- Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
- Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers, and the wider team.
- General office administration duties, as required by the business.
- Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.
Essential Requirements for the Role:
- Excellent communication skills.
- 5 years minimum maintenance experience
- Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Hardworking, with an eye for detail
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£14,980.97-£35,409.81 per year
