Absolute Recruit are currently partnered with an exciting global brand within the music industry based near Chelsea in London.

It is an exciting time to join the company as they are experiencing growth and signing lots of new artists.

They are now lookingfor an Accounts Assistant to join their team, working alongside 4 finance professionals, in their vibrant, energetic, and inclusive office.

The Accounts Assistant is a newly created position due to an increase in workload, the Accounts Assistant will be supporting the accounts payable and receivable clerk.

Do you have strong experience within accounts payables and receivables, and at least 1 years'experience in finance? If yes, this could be the perfect role for you within a stable, welcoming environment.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Processing invoices for the purchase and sales ledgers
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations
  • Performing supplier reconciliations
  • Working to tight deadlines for month end duties
  • Updating the spreadsheets/databases, for example, sales trackers
  • Expenses
  • Managing workload, prioritising your time accordingly
What are we looking for?

  • Office or accountsbased experience
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative

Salary:
£26-30k per annum


Based:
Central London / remote
