Description
Following expansion of theinpatient administrationteam's responsibilities, anopportunity has arisen foranenthusiasticSurveillance Systems (CCTV) & Police Liaison Administrator. This role will be based at Prospect Park Hospital in Readingand willcover normal office hours Monday to Friday.

You will support the Hospital by acting as a liaison between various stakeholders and the Senior Leadership Team for access to any type of surveillance footage recorded on site.


As well as working with the team at Prospect Park Hospital, you will act as a liaison with Thames Valley Police regarding any investigations they may be engaged in affecting potential criminal activity onsite.

Thiswill involve collating other information such as statements and reportsthat are required as part of the investigation.


To act as liaison between Thames Valley Police or other approved stakeholders and the hospital for requests for witness, victim or suspect interviews.


To facilitate the obtaining, storage and transfer of other evidence that may be required by TVP such as photos of injuries or damage to property.


To release footage to stakeholders on approval from relevant departments such as Prospect Park Senior Leadership Team, Risk Team, Information Governance, Information Security Manager or other internal departments as required following all Data Protection Act principles.

To attend the regular Police Liaison meetings and any other ad-hoc meetings considered appropriate to this role.

To work as a member of the administration team based at Prospect Park Hospital, providing general administrative support where required to the whole team


The 3/4 "must haves" for you to be considered for this role:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent training and GCSE English and Maths pass or equivalent

Experience of working in an administrative role

Good interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.

Good IT skills
