IT Technician required. My client is a successful IT firm delivering IT & Network Support to businesses across the South East for over 20 years, providing the best managed IT services and support to customers in multiple sectors includingretail, financial services, recruitment, legal services and manufacturing. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an IT Technician to join their team in
Horsham to meet the demands of their clients.

You will need a driving license for this role as you will be travelling to customer sites.

Position Overview

Providing the best onsite support to dynamic & successful businesses across the South East
Workshop builds
Build, setup and deploy Hardware & Software's
Network Troubleshooting
Support the technical team to resolve issues onsite and complete onsite installations at customer premises
Ensure helpdesk tickets are resolved in a timely manner to meet our SLA targets
Participate as a project resource as and when required
