Description

GTS International is URGENTLY partnering with a client who is in need of a Contract Mechanical Design Engineer to start with them immediately.

The contractor will be working on a major MOD project so will need someone who have worked ideally within defence or aerospace industry.

This role has been deemed to be OUTSIDE IR35
Key requirements for The Contract Mechanical Design Engineer;

  • Use of CREO/ Co-Create
  • Electrical/ Electronic Package Design
  • Aerospace Product experience
  • Design of jigs and fixtures for assembly/test
  • Use of Altium/Cadstar PCB layout would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience of FEA would be advantageous but not essential
