Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Multilingual capabilities to cater to diverse customer base
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette standards
  • Bilingual proficiency to assist customers effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customeroriented approach

Job Types:

From £25,495.65 per year
