Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise skills to assist customers in English
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while interacting with customers
- Implement upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Multilingual capabilities to cater to diverse customer base
- Familiarity with phone etiquette standards
- Bilingual proficiency to assist customers effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customeroriented approach

From £25,495.65 per year
