JOB PURPOSE:
Drive ecommerce revenue and its share of the company business by improving and enhancing the digital customer journey and their overall digital experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive ecommerce KPIs like organic traffic/downloads, conversion, frequency and revenue in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, IT and other teams
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the Cineworld websites and mobile apps to identify pain points in the user journey, trends and growth opportunities
- Work with Customer Support and Cinema teams to collect and analyse customer feedback, supporting the resolution of issues related to the Cineworld digital platforms.
- Carry out regular competitor monitoring and benchmark, and keep abreast of ecommerce developments and trends
- Manage the demand process from Marketing, Operations, Commercial and other business stakeholders and collate a backlog of requirements for fixes and new features
- Collaborate with the Digital Products team on the backlog prior to development. Test features and fixes delivered in test and production environment.
- Support other departmental functions (content management, CRM communications) as needed
- Assist with the organization's digital transformation efforts.
- Other adhoc work as required by the line manager.
ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE:
Technical knowledge and experience
- Working knowledge of Ecommerce
- Experience in developing and improving customer digtal journeys
- Experience with largescale B2C transactional websites and mobile apps is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset able to take insights from analytics platforms and report, present and propose actions.
- Understanding of techniques to drive traffic generation, conversion, acquisition & optimisation
- Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, SEO
- Proficiency in GA4 and Crazy Egg advantageous
