The Business Support Service provide efficient administrative and financial support to various teams across the Council, working flexibly as required to assist services in meeting their objectives and priorities.

Post - Children Social Care - Location Huyton Work Pattern 36 hours Monday - Friday.


You would be working as part of an admin team who support and work closely with Social Workers across our Children Social Care and our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).


The role would require you to support and take minutes at statutory and other professional meetings, where at time sensitve and distressing information may be discussed.

To update and maintain electronic service user information.

Working with third party agencies whilst sharing and receiving confidential information.

Experience of note taking would be desirable for this post.

Post - Children Residential Services - Location Huyton Work Pattern 21.6 hours Monday - Friday.

You will be working as part of a team providing support to Residential Care Workers and the Team Manager.

You would be responsible for updating of service user and staff records, processing invoices for payment. You would also be expected to provide support at meetings by sending out invites, agenda's and taking notes.

You should have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Ability to deal confidentially with matters of a sensitive nature is an essential part of the role.
