Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Unit Leader to join our team.

As a Unit Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a designated unit within our organisation.

You will provide guidance, support, and direction to the team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing clear direction and guidance
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
Set goals and objectives for the unit, ensuring alignment with organisational targets
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for team members
Handle escalated customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with other unit leaders and departments to achieve overall organisational goals

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with team members
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
Sound knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
