This role is offered on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday and is based on site with free carparking.

What We're Looking For:


Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant with:

  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build rapport instantly.
  • Experience in administration, including proficiency with systems, Excel, Word, and call handling.
  • A full driving license and access to their own vehicle.
  • Professionalism and a friendly, approachable manner with all levels of the workforce and customers.
  • Team collaboration skills and effective problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, adapting to the needs of diverse audiences.

Role Overview:


  • Provide professional and proactive customer service, setting a positive tone with a cando attitude.
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming, safe, and organised, contributing to a great place to work.
  • Play a vital role in the smooth running of the organisation by providing highquality and accurate administration.
  • Support business calls and reception duties, liaising with customers and colleagues to find resolutions.
  • Travel to other offices on an adhoc basis. Paid mileage for this

Competitive Package: Salary circa £23,000-£24,000, 24 days' Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays (increasing after 5 years' service), and other enticing benefits.
