Role:
Commercial Finance Analyst - International Real Estate Business

Location:
London (hybrid working)

Role and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the commercial team to provide financial modelling and commercial analysis for the companies' new business pipeline
Financial modelling conduct all types of financial analysis (Cash flow, P&L, NPVetc) to support real estate transactions (lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals and renegotiations, provisions calculations, etc.)
Portfolio and Benchmarking analysis understanding and presenting through dynamic dashboards a client's portfolio performance and advise on savings opportunities
Scenario analysis and sensitivity testing bespoke model creations in conjunction with commercial managers to advise our business development teams and clients
Previous experience in Real Estate/Property would be ideal but not a prerequisite
Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
Experience working within international organisations
Excellent working knowledge of Excel for financial analysis.
Used to working in a multicurrency environment
Proficient with formulae such as Index Match, Sum ifs, and knowledge of Pivot Tables and have financial modelling experience
Excellent communication skills and confidence in partnering with stakeholders
Confident in identifying, resolving, and escalating key points and issues
