My client is an award winning Legal 500 ranked firm with one of the best Real Estate offerings in Kent.

This role will see you take on a wide variety of commercial property transactions to include commercial landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals,secured lending, and general commercial property advice.

Responsible for your own caseload you can expect good client contact here and the opportunity to build your own relationships.

The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified solicitor
Have a minimumof 2PQE
