An exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a London based, Finance Group on a permanent basis. This is a full time, permanent office based role which offers parking.

This position involves assisting in the preparation and production of all ledger informationnecessary to produce statutory returns and information to management.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily analysis of bank statements
  • Posting of borrower's interest entries in to inhouse Loans programming system
  • Posting of entries into Quick Books of loan redemption / Interest.
  • Updating banking excel spread sheet
  • Setting / allocation of loan advances to syndicators ledgers into Quick Books
  • Ensure that all accounting transactions are processed
  • Regular reconciliation of bookkeeping postings
  • Preparation of Cash Book and Loan Analysis
  • Generating Management Fees invoices for the syndicators
  • Review the overdue 60/90 days management fees on regular basis
  • Preparation of monthly interest payment cycle vis BACS system
