Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, both instore and over the phone
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify and fulfill customer needs, making recommendations and suggesting solutions
  • Work closely with sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay uptodate on industry trends and developments
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and effective communication
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Pay:
From £23,883.00 per year
