Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, both instore and over the phone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify and fulfill customer needs, making recommendations and suggesting solutions
- Work closely with sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay uptodate on industry trends and developments
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and effective communication
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Pay:
From £23,883.00 per year
