Interim HR Advisor | Weybridge | Full or Part-Time | 3 Month FTC | c£40,000

Hybrid Working available - approx. 1-2 days working from home per week.


We are delighted to be assisting an education setting with recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join their established HR team.

The role can be worked either on a full or part time basis (min 4 days per week).


Role Duties:


  • Supporting the Head of HR to deliver the people strategy
  • Dealing with all employee relations including any casework
  • Reviewing all current HR processes and implement changes/new processes where required.
  • Work to improve employee engagement throughout the organisation
  • Support the HR Administrator with their workload and learning
  • Be working currently at HR Advisor level or above and have strong HR generalist experience of at least three years
  • Ideally education or public sector experience but not essential
  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • A practical, common sense approach to HR
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and juggle a varied workload
