Interim HR Advisor | Weybridge | Full or Part-Time | 3 Month FTC | c£40,000
Hybrid Working available - approx. 1-2 days working from home per week.
We are delighted to be assisting an education setting with recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join their established HR team.
Role Duties:
- Supporting the Head of HR to deliver the people strategy
- Dealing with all employee relations including any casework
- Reviewing all current HR processes and implement changes/new processes where required.
- Work to improve employee engagement throughout the organisation
- Support the HR Administrator with their workload and learning
- Be working currently at HR Advisor level or above and have strong HR generalist experience of at least three years
- Ideally education or public sector experience but not essential
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
- A practical, common sense approach to HR
- Work well within a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and juggle a varied workload
