Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent.

Expected hours: 40 hours per week.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Administrator to join our team. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Management in overseeing the daily operations of our Home.

Duties:

Recruitment and ensuring compliance of staff files.
Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
Work with and enhance current systems and processes designed to ensure high standards of care
Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff members
Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Completing pay roll, tracking annual leave, sickness and absence.
Address any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families
Obtaining feedback from Residents, Relatives and visiting professionals to enhance the service we provide.
