Carne House, 20 Corry Place, Belfast

Working Hours:
Variable Shift Rota works - 5 days over 7. The shifts would be 07:00 at the earliest to 22:00 latest hours per week

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Porter/Cleaning Operative to join our passionate and driven team in Belfast on a permanent basis


Working within a Team, you will be responsible for delivering all Porterage duties across the locations and supporting with external cleaning and PPM delivery.

Progression opportunities available within Facilities Management services. Apprenticeships opportunities available to support the progression


Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • External Grounds Maintenance duties including car parks, pathways, smoking shelters, waste areas, etc.
  • Preplanned maintenance works, including deep cleaning tasks
  • Porterage tasks such as moving furniture and equipment both on sites and between sites.
  • Room setups for meetings and conferences
  • Movement of heavy packages and mail collection/deliveries
  • Small and large scale office moves and reconfiguration
  • Movement of waste to external containers

About You:


  • You must be customerdriven, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Communication skills are key, in order to ensure successful service delivery
  • Technology skills are beneficial as the role requires the use of mobile telephone and apps
