Responsibilities:


  • Liaison with Security Officers and Mobile Patrol Teams
  • Effective escalation and control of all incidents across the project
  • Preparation and completion of Incident Reports
  • Monitoring of CCTV systems and images
  • Planning and organising daily/shift routines and activities
  • Acting as a point of contact between Control Room officers and management, on employment, welfare and disciplinary issues
  • Ensures Control Room is maintained in a state of continual operational readiness
  • Provide telephone support service during and outwith normal working hours

This Control Room Operator role involves 12-hour shifts, on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern of day and night shifts


Essential Skills:


  • Must have a valid SIA CCTV Operators Licence
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Fully comprehensive 5year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS785
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • High levels of written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:


  • Experience in radio communication and relevant procedures is advantageous but not necessary
  • Experience in CCTV and Alarm Monitoring across numerous sites is advantageous but not necessary
