Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Enter customer information and interactions accurately into the database
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

£400.00-£550.00 per week
