We are looking for a Contracts Manager, who will be responsible for providing advice and support in relation to commercial contracts (for example professional services agreements, data processing agreements, and pricing).


Key responsibilities:


  • Draft, maintain, and negotiate all commercial contracts, including subscription agreements, license agreements, government contracts, and statement of work and nondisclosure agreements.
  • Provide contractual overviews and training on precedent documents to new employees of the Commercial Services team and new hires within the company's sales teams.
  • Research, and provide recommendations pertaining to changes to laws and regulations affecting the sale and purchase of A&M's products and services and affecting the purchase by A&M of goods and services.
  • Assist in the review of materials relating to marketing, sales, public affairs and other communications distributed to the press and the public.
  • Escalate material legal & commercial issues to the International SOS Group's relevant Legal, Risk Management and Compliance Departments.
  • Coordinate requests for Privacy/Security Information and Audits relating to A&M's operations & data privacy and security team.
  • Track contract history and maintain appropriate documentation. Oversee the policies governing the storage of executed contracts in line with International SOS Group Policies and Procedures.
  • Assist with the management of all data privacy, litigations risk and matters including (but not limited to) review and manage subpoenas, bankruptcy/garnishment notices and
  • Assist with the appointment and oversee external counsel for litigation and other matters if required.

About you

  • Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex, cross border commercial and corporate contracts
  • Knowledge and experience of data privacy/security regulations is required.
  • Experience in the aviation and/or maritime law, and/or crossborder transaction work will be desirable.
  • Experience with supply chain, medical/pharmaceutical licensing or procurement, would be a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvement including stakeholder and change management.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
