Credit Controller - Nordic Speaking - London

Location:
Hammersmith (hybrid working but must be in commutable distance to Hammersmith)

What You Will Do
This role will sit in our new Finance Shared Service Centre


You will:

  • Play a vital role in embedding a new ERP system and best in class Order to Cash processes
  • Help to improve collections through building and maintaining customer relationships whilst investigating and resolving their queries
  • Alongside debtor management, the team will play an active role in handling client relationships and driving and demonstrating continuous improvement of the efficiency and performance of the service

What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Prior experience in a credit control environment
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and a very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Conversational Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Good analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Able to understand the wider business context
