£25,119 - £28,770 per annum.

Walsall Arena and Arts Centre, based in Leamore, is an ambitious and growing Arts venue. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Audience Services Officer to join us.


Your role will involve the identification, engagement, growth and retention of audiences and businesses as well as optimising attendance and developing income and new partnerships.


As someone who has the confidence and motivation to work on your own initiative to build on the success of the Arena, you should also be able to work as part of a team, be a real problem solver and have excellent organisational skills.

You should be able to bring with you your experience and knowledge of the arts/entertainment industry which will include knowledge of social media and content management and experience of using venue management systems.
