About Our Client:

Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Contact Centre Advisor Position to work for a reputable business within the not for profit sector in York

The business are within the Healthcare Sector and strive to provide the best possible service and support its members each day


As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be first point of contact from members within the business handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls dealing with any queries or concerns.


You will be ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and efficiently ensuring a high end service is being provided at all times.


The Successful Applicant:

Previous customer service experience this could be working within hospitality or retail

Confident on the telephone

Able to build and maintain strong working relationships

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Extremely customer centric
