The Job
Finance Manager will be hired for 12 months.
Potential to offer some hybrid and flexibility.
Opportunity to embed process/control improvements.
Great benefits package.

Some Day to day:

  • Prepare financial information and provide support and guidance to ensure all financial matters are given due consideration
  • As financial lead, ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and operated in the business in line with group policies and procedures
  • Produce, analyse and interpret annual budgets and monthly forecasts detailing income and expenditure, cash flows and balance sheet values, in order to improve business profitability and cash flow
  • Understand margins in the business, per tonne, margin per machine hour etc
  • Stakeholder management of key relationships including, Commercial, Manufacturing and Business Manager

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:


  • Qualified Accountant preferred or Qualified by Experience will be considered, with relevant experience
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not essential, if experience of another ERP system
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Excellent excel proficiency
  • Interpersonal skills with an ability to influence desired outcomes at all levels
