The Job
Finance Manager will be hired for 12 months.
Potential to offer some hybrid and flexibility.
Opportunity to embed process/control improvements.

Some Day to day:

Prepare financial information and provide support and guidance to ensure all financial matters are given due consideration
As financial lead, ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and operated in the business in line with group policies and procedures
Produce, analyse and interpret annual budgets and monthly forecasts detailing income and expenditure, cash flows and balance sheet values, in order to improve business profitability and cash flow
Understand margins in the business, per tonne, margin per machine hour etc
Stakeholder management of key relationships including, Commercial, Manufacturing and Business Manager

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

Qualified Accountant preferred or Qualified by Experience will be considered, with relevant experience
Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not essential, if experience of another ERP system
Manufacturing experience is preferred
Excellent excel proficiency
Interpersonal skills with an ability to influence desired outcomes at all levels
