- £11.44 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers and being their first point of contact to gather information.
- Have a good understanding of computers.
- Be able to resolve any issues over the phone.
Requirements:
- Have good customer focus.
- Time management skills
- Results driven.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Brilliant communication on the phone.
- Ability to work in a small team.
- Knowledge of NetSuite or a similar would be advantageous.
- Due to location, must have their own transport to get to and from the location.
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
