The role of
Operations Manager:

Working in a supportive and collaborative team, Operations Manager will be over seeing events from planning to execution this includes maintaining contact with all sponsors and speakers, while managing the budget, venue, suppliers, signage and technology.

Responsibilities of the
Operations Manager:

Close liaison with all sponsors in the run up to the event, gathering necessary documents and materials in time for deadlines
Ensuring logos are placed correctly on all signage and event documentation
Placing speakers on the agenda and event app, ensuring speakers are clear on their time slot
Responsible for collating prices, negotiating best deals with all suppliers
Main point of contact with the venue once the contract has been signed
Confirming setup, floor plans, menus, drinks receptions, final numbers
Handling any logístical questions regarding travel and accommodation if required

To be considered
you must have:

A degree, with preferably 6-18months experience in conference organisation
The ability to work to tight deadlines at a fast pace
Good written and spoken communication
Excellent organisational skills

Basic salary £25,000 £28,000
Performance based bonus
Hybrid working
