HR Assistant - Temp - Poole - up to £13.33ph
Our client based in Poole is looking for a temporary HR Assistant to join their HR Team.

The main aspect of the role is to support the HR Team by assisting with day-to-day operational work including liaising with members of staff across the organisation andsupport with the company induction programme.


Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate Human Resources and Training records.
  • Responsibility for recruitment and selection process by advertising vacancies, ensuring that ATRs are in place and liaising with managers regarding recruitment requirements, including development of job descriptions where required.
  • To prepare and issue appropriate documentation in association to appointments including offer letter and all starter paperwork, terminations and variations of employment including accurate and timely notification to payroll.
  • To create and maintain reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using a variety of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and Update the internal HR system.
  • To support and coordinate employee relations case work such as disciplinaries and grievances as required, ensuring legislation, policy and best practise are followed.
  • Attend disciplinary / grievance meetings as required to act as Company note taker and to give general procedural guidance to mangers if required.
  • Demonstrate ongoing knowledge within the HR function.


The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday equating to 37.5 hours per week and it is an immediate start.
