Jackson Hogg are looking to recruit a temporary Administrator for a growing Engineering company based in Gateshead on a 3 month contract.
Hours - Monday to Thursday 8:00-4:30, Friday 8:00 - 1:00Reporting to the HR Manager the Temporary Administrator will be responsible for:
- Working on reception being the first point of contact for any external visitors
- Operating the switchboard dealing with incoming calls
- Transferring paper based HR records online
- Assisting with Recruitment Administration
- General admin including filing and scanning
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
