Description

We're looking for a
HR Administrator - Onboarding to join our HR Shared Service Centre on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract within our existing Onboarding team.


Location:
Rushden, Northamptonshire with flexible/hybrid working

Contract:
Fixed Term Contract (12 months), full-time. Also, able to consider part-time opportunities.


Responsibilities


You may be asked to undertake other activities associated within this role, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and the broader remit of the position.

Who are we looking for?
A confident, proactive and customer focused individual with strong attention to detail. You'll be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. This role will require a strong problem-solving ability and good communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll also possess good IT skills, particularly with Word and Excel. This role will suit an Administrator with previous Onboarding experience or a similar high-volume administrator role.
