Job Title Administrative Assistant

Location Silver Birches

Salary - £9.65 per hour**
Contract type - Permanent**
Working hours - 30hrs 9:00am-3:00pm OR 9:30-3:30pm**

About the role
To provide a high level administrative and clerical support service to the locality team.

To provide administrative support to the Head of Service, Registered Manager & Business Support Manager, as requested.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you
Essential

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

An understanding of managing budgets and financial monitoring systems.

Practical knowledge of Computer Systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Ability to prioritise work load.

Demonstrate a flexible and can do approach to work.

Demonstrate a commitment and understanding of confidentiality.

Experience of general office routines.

Have a common sense approach to work.

To be able to act on own initiative.

Desirable

Understanding of Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety legislation.

Experience of working with vulnerable people.

Flexible and innovative approach to working.
