Description

Our corporate client based in Tamworth are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to manage their existing base of corporate clients.

You will joining an established and successful team who all strive to achieve the end goal.

This role is a Permanent office based role.

You will be paid a basic salary of £21,500 with an attractive bonus scheme of an average £ per month

Main Duties:

Making outbound calls to existing customers and clients
Setting up payment plans
Taking payments over the phone
Completing income and expenditure forms
Discussing various queries with businesses
Building strong relationships
Liaising with internal departments
Updating in house database with accurate information

Key Skills:

Previous customer service experience / sales experience
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Desirable:

Previous knowledge of the Finance Industry

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday

9.00 am - 5:30 pm. with 1 hour lunch

Friday

9.00am - 5.00pm half hour lunch

Salary:

£21,500 per annum PLUS A BONUS on average of £ per month
