Description
A high growth Property Developer seeks a commercial CFO to control finance, partner the board, and liaise with investors.

My client is on track to soon reach their £1Billion Property Portfolio target and require a polished CFO to help them get there.


You will hold Property Development or Real Estate experience, to support the ongoing growth & development of our exhilarating portfolio.

This exciting role will be critical for the future success & growth of operations.


My clients is led by a talented and experienced board who are supported by an external tax and accounting advisor.

One of the key responsibilities of the role will be to bring together the financial information and complete the management accounts and reportingfor submission.

In addition, this person will business partner the founders with key decisions through insightful analysis. You will be required to liaise with banks and investors. You will be a trusted advisor to support growth.

Management Reporting

  • Management Reporting ownership and orchestrate delegation.
Financial Reporting and tax

  • Responsible for maintaining and producing annual and Interim accounts for the business including all the supporting schedules.
Treasury and Cash management

  • Manage the daytoday treasury including banking functions.
Ongoing Developments

  • Reviewing monthly reports including opex, capex and working capital

Responsibilities:


  • Control and manage finance
  • Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the board
  • Support financial planning and analysis
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
  • Manage relationships with banks and investors

Qualifications:


  • Property/Real Estate qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • 10+ years postqualified experience.
