Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Lead and manage recruitment projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard
- Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules
- Develop and maintain project budgets and track project performance against budget
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing direction, guidance, and support as required
Skills:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of managing large, complex recruitment projects
- Experience in team leadership and client relationship management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decisionmaking
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals
- Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
